Areas of Concentration

The following is a list of courses that may be taken in the professional electives category. Students are encouraged to take courses and specialize in one or two areas.

Notes:
1. Required core mechanical engineering courses.
2. MEAM courses that may only be offered every other year.
3. You should consult with the instructor before taking these graduate level courses.
4. Students may consider designing an independent study course, MEAM 99, with a MEAM faculty advisor in any area or across two or more areas.
