Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics
At the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics at the University of Pennsylvania, graduate students are celebrated across teaching, research and leadership. From the “Outstanding Teaching Assistant in MEAM” acknowledging exemplary instructional service, to the historic “John A. Goff Award” recognizing scholarship, resourcefulness and leadership, to awards for master’s-level research promise and external fellowships.
This award is given to the Mechanical Engineering graduate student whose teaching assistant service has been exemplary. Students are chosen to receive this award because of their initiative, reliability, commitment to the students, and their overall contribution to the teaching mission.
