Riti Sharma (left), a doctoral student in the Tertuliano Lab, received the third-place award for her poster “Spatially Dependent Dynamic Properties of Bone Microstructure in Osteoarthritis.” The Tertuliano Lab’s pioneering work uses synchrotron X-ray tomography to visualize bone in 3D at unprecedented scales.
